You can use PSID Patch (search from google) but you need VALID Console ID. Reason why you got banned is because Sony bans CFW if you use internet with it.

You need to get a legit console id. You can't buy them on NGU tho because its against the rules but check on other legit ps3 modding websites and you might find some ^^
