Ok thank you for the help so far I think im nearly done, what I have done so far.
1-First I downgraded from 4.40_1.02 back to 3.55 with the Rogero Downgrader any CFW version to 3.55.PUP
2-(Then I ran psidpatch and pressed L1 then R1 to patch my Console ID and PSID from USB as I my console id was banned so I got another and use it each time to get online.)
3-Next I installed eEID_RKDumper.pkg - then ran it, it went black then beeped a few times and restarted
4-Next I installed c2d+openssl in my c:\ .. then I installed openssl and got the 2008 c++ redists then renamed the openssl folder to C:\c2d which contains You must login or register to view this content. accept I don't have FLASHCEX.bin (yet)
4-next I went into multiman and copied my eid_root_key from dev/hdd0/tmp and copied it to my pc into the new C2d folder and added .bin to the extension.
5-Next I installed rebug.pkg and started it and went to FlashToMemory and copied the flashCEX.bin to the C:\c2d
5-Next I opened CMD on my pc in the c:\c2d directory and typed ... You must login or register to view this content. C:\c2d> c2d.exe eid_root_key.bin flashCEX.bin flashDEX.bin 89 (my region code aus)
6-That completed successfully You must login or register to view this content.
7-Next I renamed the CEX dump to CEX-FLASH.EID0.NORBIN & renamed the New Dex file to DEX-FLASH.EID0.NORBIN then copied to the usb device and inserted into usb001
8-Next I loaded rebug toolbox and selected _ Rewrite Target ID in Flash... then yes to both popups
9-Last I went _Swap LV2 Kernel but it returned with an error saying ( THIS FUNCTION IS NOT AVAILABLE IN CEX MODE.. PLEASE FLASH A DEX NOR/NAND FIRST.

2B . I found and started following DEREKTROTTER's CEX2DEX using Rebug 4.21 Tutorial (Thankyou)

7 are you sure the memory of ur dump is 64? Right click, properties and should say the memory?
