Downgrade to 3.55 (with Cex Downgrader)
Than go on 4.21.2 Rebug Rex
After That convert to Dex
And after that u dan dg to 3.55 Dex and install : 4.21ita,4.30.2 Rebug D-rex or 3.55 or 4.21 OFW Dex

That is to messy, just downgrade to 3.55 from whatever CFW ur on, then install 3.55.4 Rebug then follow his tutorial, you can pick either 4.21 REX or 4.30.2 Rebug once you got EID Root Key on 3.55

i need to use psn tool to avoid get banned? it works on rex dex 4.30.2? and i can swap between cex or dex without any trouble? to se br movies for example!!?

You need to get a rebug firmware then from there make your own dex firmware and then update to dex. There are many tutorials around on NGU and alwas remember that google is your friend.
