I'm on 4.46 Rebug currently on CEX so I did the same thing with Mw3 but when startup from XMB I get black screen.

Go into multiMAN and press triangle on your MW3 backup, then go on game settings and on the bottom left of the screen enable BD mirror and you will no longer get a black screen, you will have to do the same with MW2 also if you back it up, hope this helped :y:

I triedthat long ago. But always got "Operation not allowed" or something like that.

Yup that's what I'm getting as well.

Try turning on REBUG mode in Rebugtoolbox and then disable it, if u have spoof on game will work and sppof will go bac on
