im not using any mods..i don't have double xp or double weapon xp or anything like that please help

Change your eboot so you don't have 60000 xp as the score set. This way you won't lose connection from earning too much xp too quickly.

Ok then if you get into one of those lobbies just leave so you don't get kicked offline. That's the only solution that I can think of. (I know it's not much but you're getting kicked off due to overload of xp/ host is abusing his side of the game)
