Rebug does not support the ip addresses at the bottom right of the screen, this is a ps3ita function only. Instead to find your ip a dress open rebug tool box and press system information and the ip will be there. Also in system settings on the XMB shows the ip. So yes it is perfectly normal for it not to show.
