He always host and the game never start "making balance team" i know it rtm but how please someone tech me

Force host dosent work with party
Go online and invite your friends to the lobby
the party will not work with the party members.

I used force host in eboots by Deneo and Ghost but the only way I found that worked with my party was with iMCSx tool 1.5.0.0 with all the options left on native and the only boxes ticked were Super force host and constant uav. This may work for you

look into this. Works great for me and I do it with a full party to get host everytime.
