Can you download a backup of mw3 or not? Cause my jailbroken ps3 won't read disc

hi sorry to bother you i see you posted this quite awhile ago but can you help me? i have 4.65.2 rex installed, i get error when loading disk on black ops and black ops 2 it wont play i can play mw3 tho? i tried using a modded eboot by choco but it dont seem to work when i load up game no mods its just normal? i backed up mw3 in multiman can a modded eboot be placed in the backup of mw3?
