No The Wrong EBOOT Wont Freeze Your PS3 The RTM Tool Just Wouldnt Connect To Your Game, I Had This Problem At First, You Need To Switch Your System Mode From Normal Mode To REBUG Mode On Rebug Toolbox, Once I Did That Everything Worked Fine But Do Make Sure You Also Have A Debug EBOOT In Your Game.
