I beleive it can be done though I dont think anyone can be bothered to make and release a menu for CEX as most people are on DEX now as well as it would take a-long time to code.

Mod menus for CEX are possible. There is 2 ways. Either you find a way to load a DLL in the ps3 (sprx file) OR you code it all in PowerPC which will be a pain. Or you can still go to dex which is easier haha
