I've extracted them all from WinRaR, and tried opening it that way, and IT STILL won't open. I get spammed by AVG when trying to open it as well, telling me it contains a Trojan, which I know is a false positive, but still. Why can't I open this effin' program?

It is your antivirus, if you really dont want to disable it, i'm afraid the only way you will be able to use it is as soon as you log in on your computer, extract the rar file it came in, and open it quickly, after a couple of minutes (depending on the speed of your computer), your antivirus will kick in and delete the file and close the current window (if you have PMV3 opened).
