There's no way you can do that. You have to have it. Just use awesome update finder to download the patches. I don't let the game download my patches because I don't want to loose my CFW.

No. What you need to do is you have to delete the current patch that you have on there. Then you need to download Modern Warfare 3 Patches 1.19 - 1.24 and install them in order from 19-24 then once you do that start the game and you will be able to play without the map getting in your way.

just download last mw3 update 1.24 .. then put the eboot by modded eboot that has DLC skipper (you can create one using the last IMCXS eboot builder tool)
