Is is someone getting your account info such as your username and password and then tinkering around with your account? I watched several videos on youtube and a lot of the commentors are saying what their usernames are. Do I really have to give someone my PSN password for this?:vince: or is it possible to do it without the password?

They need your details, but if your details are real then if they decide to steal your account you can just get it back.
