Sup my friend,

What you basically need this You must login or register to view this content. (<click me).
You can either use that or build your own using You must login or register to view this content..

Make sure if you are using the first link to rename to "EBOOT.BIN".
Now to put onto your PS3, download Multiman which is You must login or register to view this content..

When you are on Multiman, you can either use FTP or put the EBOOT on your USB to put into the game.

If you use your USB, go right along to the left of Multiman to "File Manager". It will bring up a desktop version of the ps3.
Play around with it so you can get use to it.
Then navigate hdd0>game>bles10428>usdir>(then drop eboot here), it will prompt you to replace the current file Smile If it doesnt do this youve did something wrong :P

Enjoy
