Well, they 'll have a tool which contains stuff you wanted. If you give your account details to them, they'll mod your account to your standard. Black Ops 2 is a very high ban risk I think.

Not sure about .self files. But I think if you mod stats on BO2, Its instaban. (CID I think)
So you should just use public cids when modding BO2.
