CCAPI console manger connects all good, but can connect any tools. tried CCAPI debugger doesn't work either. could this be a eboot problem, do I need a debug Eboot, looked around can't find any that let my mw3 work (BLES0142. ps3s on CEX, should I just go to DEX to fix the problem?

Make sure you have all the right files in the folder with the exe. Lib 4.3 and ccapi 2.5 plus if you need a eboot for that region create one from imcxs mw3 eboot builder.

either do what the comment above me says or think about switching to dex :p

No 01428 doesn't need an eboot I use Enstone's project memories v3 and worked perfectly, but you have to buy it from frenchmoddingteam. Im not taking credits here or try to sell.
