Their are things such as vault infections which do have these sort of infections, but you need to access COD Elite to put them in your vault unless you have someone as a friend who has them. But apparently COD Elite has/is closing down the COD Elite for that certain section because of this.

No. You can only infect with XP lobbies but that's IF they get host after you leave.

I know the javalin infection sticks. When you host lobby and you Mod the jav and you leave the lobby. The player whois getting host. Will also get the javalin infection. (also works for knockback).
