you need to install control console by Enstone found on the french modding team site (just search french modding team i dont know if it counts as a referral site!) on there you will find control console (ccapi 2.50) make an account and download it, you will get a .PKG to install on your ps3 (install and run it) and a program for your computer, once both are installed, and your ps3 is on, you can add a console via the PC program, to do this give it a name and enter your PS3 IP (found in system settings) once you have added a console successfully, run MW3 you can now launch the CEX rtm menu (tool) and connect via CCAPI (CEX) and launch the menu when in a game
