Did u spoof it to 4.65 ? So u can go online.now RTM TOOLS can be obtain in the modding tool section .and i sugest if u are a noob and want to get online safe get:

Psnpatch (the latest stealth version)
Psninja v4

And also learn a lil more before u go online on a cfw and learn the do's and dont while online.also remember don open homebrew apps while online.hope that helps a lil bit

Be careful. I downloaded a stealth pkg of psnpatch and it sort of half turned my ps3 into ofw...install pkg files, etc had gone and wouldnt open multiman...luckily a clean restore solved it but yeah. Be careful lol
