you dont need a antiban for mw3 and i would say kiwi modz tool is a good one to use, it can be found in the mw3 modding tools section

As far as i know you dont get banned playing mw3, you get banned by sony for playing with a cfw ps3. Use psnpatch and psninja to lower the probability of a ban

I'd recommend you mod games like COD4 or WAW. The chances of getting banned on MW3 is reasonably high.
