Not possible with out a jailbroken console

It's only possible if someone goes into your account, you can't do it yourself without a jailbroken PS3.

it can only be done on JB or if someone with JB does it to your account. There is also a way to use it in private match if you can find someone who has it in their vault and will let you download from their vault...but again, that's only for private games.
