How to get rid of black overlay on Ps3?

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I've been using cfg to mod mw2 but recently someone cfg deranked me but what they also did was put a black overlay on which means you can't see anything. I've tried turning off ps3 and deleting the game files but it's still there. Does anyone know how to get rid of this?

Thats Weird Because its a cfg it should deactivate after you leave the game
And Or try taking the cfg that you use and Do the black overlay
