Unfortunetly, getting a mod menu on a Official Firmware is impossible. (Unless someone creates one for single player, which is possible. But no one has created one yet.)

But there are ways for you to get it, you will have to have someone who does own a Custom Firmware to host you a lobby and give you the mod menu.

This is not possible as the eboot has crc checks (i think) and you will need one without and everyone codes for rtm now a days... So im afraid you will just have to stick to waw and mw2 sorry
