Try these:

• Try with a different account.
  
• Rebuild Database in recovery menu.
  
• Reset your router.
  
• Re-install the MW3 updates.
  

I have the same problem. Been going on for 3 days now for me. Tried everything and still nothing.

I deleted my mw3 update , reinstalled 1.19 to 1.24 and didnt add any debug eboot and i stop getting banned , This was on a new account , still playing on this account 3 weeks now , my other 3 account got banned , so might wanna try what i just told u . So try to use a tool that doesn't require to use a debug eboot

That is weird. My account is legit and never did anything to it. Never used an debug eboot either so i dont know if i got banned or it is just my router messing with me. I will give that a shot and see what happens. Thanks.

Dont use any debug eboot and make a new account , uninstalled the MW3 update and reinstalled 1.19 to 1.24

I made a new account with debug eboot and it seems to be fine. It must have been the reason of using the Unlock All feature and that probably got me banned. Other than that i been using debug eboot for awhile now and just playing with UAV that is it about it.
