Depends what mod menu you are talking about.
Is it a RTM tool or an SPRX plugin?

If it's an SPRX, just put the SPRX file in dev_hdd0/tmp (that's what most people use, anyway)
and replace your eboot with an eboot that loads that specific SPRX, mostly provided in the thread.

If it's a tool, just make sure you have TMAPI or CCAPI (TMAPI, preferably since it's faster thus better for menus).
Connect and attach, start menu, done.
