Whenever I press "Play Online", I am greeted with this messge:

"The Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 server is not availible at this time. Please try again later or visit You must login or register to view this content. for updates" According to that website, "ALL ONLINE SERVICES ARE FULLY OPERATIONAL."

One of my friends on Skype who is on a CFW has access to the Multiplayer servers, but I'm pretty sure hes on the BLES version of the game. I don't know if that is even relevant I am on 4.46.1 REBUG REX/CEX

Yes I am, and I found a temporary fix. I switched users and thus switching PSN accounts. I opened MW3 and clicked play online and it worked. I still want to figure out how to fix my other user.

Same happen to me , you may not get back the other user since mines has been gone 1 month now
1) dont use any debug eboot , if you do it may get the new account banned also

I didn't use a debug eboot, as I use CCAPI. I would like to use TMAPI but my ethernet port is broken

This happend to me somethimes but if you wait like 15 minutes and relaunch the game it should work again.. I don't think there is anything with the user you are on or something just that the servers are down like in the error message..

Try using a different eboot and reinstall 1.24 update

Im having the same problem on bles with debug eboot, my 1 account wont work but my other one does. I think i am account banned or smth not sure
