when i install the sprx menu's and eboot's the game gives me an error and doesn't start up? ive tried every guide/how to that i can find and its not helping
im brand new to modding and all i know is the information i was given which is the cfw is rebug 4.70.2 dex
i managed to succesfully install a mod menu onto mw2 but that is it... any help would be appreciated because i really need it haha
p.s when i get the error i have been deleting the back up off my ps3 and re-installing as this is the only way the game will play again (without disc)

I have never got that error myself so its kinda hard to tell whats wrong.. Since your ps3 is on dex be sure to use debug eboot.. Almost all sprx menus comes with a debug eboot.

i managed to get it working
for anyone else with a similar problem, the ps3 i got was on dex firmware but it was running in cex mode and i had no idea till i figured it out
if this is also the case for anyone else your gonna have to get your default_mp.self and make it an eboot using the self resigner tools (they are on NGU just google search it and the post has instructions) and use the eboot you make using the tutorial and the sprx should work
(hope this helps other new modders like me haha)
