i wanna change the text "playstation network" like e3 modz and wann change the background.

I know this is a late reply but I just found out lol Smile

You have to use an image injector tool. The downside is that you have to change it every time you load up mw3.

Anyways press You must login or register to view this content. for a link to the image injector + tutorial.

Connect the tool, select the mw3 background image, then press inject picture and choose the picture you want.
