Then today I checked the account and that also has the error message I never received any email saying I was ban tried to sign in on both accounts on a non cfw PS3 both accounts again same message what kind of ban have I got and can I bypass it

If you can not sign into your PlayStation Network account, it means your account is banned. This can not be unbanned.
If you can not create, or sign into any of your other PlayStation Network Accounts, it means your console banned. This can be 'unbanned' by changing your Console ID aka. IDPS.

In game bans, can usually not be unbanned however you can make a new account or change your IDPS. In game bans means that you can't access the in-game online functions, but you can sign into play station network fine and use other games online fine.

Hey, I've a same problem. Just make a new account and delete the old ones

Try deleting the game update and reinstalling it. It could be the custom eboot that u put on. So reinstall 1.24 update and try original eboot. Then try a different modified eboot

still same. after using one time, next time same error.
Does any1 knnow how to fix mw3 instant ban?

Its not the Eboot because I have a non cfw PS3 on and that can't connect to servers with that console either the accounts are blocked

mw3 is banning accounts now so just make a new account than you can get on the mw3 servers again
