I've looked through atleast 10 pages on the modding tools for mw3 and I can't find one that has derank or rank up for other players. I know it's out there because I have friends who have been deranked. I would prefer a rtm mod menu or rtm tool. Thanks!

It's the phantom menu from french modding team but please don't use the derank it has a end game even if u are not the host if there's invisible people just end it
