If you're spoofing your CID using CCAPI after you sign in wait like 7-8 seconds and when you see the Advanced Warfare ad on the right then spoof it and you shouldn't have any problems at least that's what worked for me when i had that same problem

Like said above you are most probably banned. Its a simple server check but they have started doing it now for that game. God knows why. If it gets worse an anti-ban will be made easily but for now its not a big issue for 99% of the community. Also I moved your thread. Site and Forum Help if for forum related issues.
