Look around the threads for pre-made ones or you can use the older version 1.5.0.0.

Just use tools, they have the same things plus MW3 has been banning people for modded eboots as well as debug eboots. Don't know why but one of the threads had mention something about MW3 servers have been having server checks for modded eboots. I, myself had made 4 new accounts due too that ban.

I use debuged eboot and play mw3 alot, I have never got any issues with mw3 ban.
