I am fairly new when it comes to modding any games, since I got my jailbroken/downgraded ps3 yesterday. Before I will start crying for help, I want to say some things my PS3 has. As far as I know, the guy who downgraded it, put webMan 1.43.16 or so on it. Although I was not familiar with that, I loaded MultiMan 4.76 on it. I also put PSNinja v4 and psn Patch 2015.11 on it. My PS3 is a cex according to the guy.
So I started using MultiMan to put MW3 (BLES01431) on my HDD. After that, I used several SPRX files such as Exodus and Crystalized with their eBoot files (yes I did put them in the right folders TMP & USRDIR), however it didnt work. Well, I Never really could test it, because my PS3 won't pass the black screen, before the MW3 intro starts.
My cousin told me, he also had that problem and he launched it from his cd, which eventually bypassed the black screen. However, when I get to MW3 an error accures which says, Could not read the disc (or something like that) and when I create a private match, I can't open the mod menu.

I would very appriciate it, when someone could help me!

One of my mates interestingly had the same problem (he plays on OFW) but his disk got so messed up that some of the games functions didn't work like going into private match and would randomly give that error, I suggest you torrent MW3 and use it that way, should fix your solution.
