No, it is not possible. Only the system can ban people and the game is not moderated anymore, so it's highly unlikely to be banned from the servers.

The risks of being banned from the Modern Warfare 3 servers are very slim. I don't even think you can get banned from the servers. The only thing that can get you banned is Sony.
