it has almost every EBOOT mod possible installed :/

But i think my EBOOT is fine as i have the some connection problems on Ps4 Internet connection test on ps4 says NAT Type - Type 3.. I tried to play gta online yesterday and everytime i tried to join a session it said "timed out" even in solo / invite only sessions :/
I think my router it the real problem here but i can't manage to find a solution to this. Everything works fine on the pc but on my consoles my connection just sucks.. I've tried to reset my router, multiple port forward settings, dmz host and UPnP but nothing seems to work for me

I honestly have no clue after trying all those things. Try to call your ISP or get another router.
