To use an RTM tool, you do NOT need a certain EBOOT, you can use the default one. But you need CCAPI/TMAPI set up most likely.

To run a RTM Tool, all you basically do is just load the tool up. Sit in a party in the game, and you just connect and attach with antiban. Now. if you want to run a Eboot with a tool it's totaly fine. I run an antiban eboot with non-aimbot while I run the tool to change name. In conclusion, no you don't need a eboot to run a tool.
