Download the SPRX right? When you open it, it shows the SPRX itself. The EBOOT, and some instructions. Go to Notepad on your Laptop and type in your Elite License Key in the notepad then save it as " NGU_ELITE.txt " Open up FileZilla, put the SPRX in the tmp file, the eboot in the game region > USRDIR > drop in there. Now, where you dropped the SPRX drop your notepad that contained the License Key and you should be done.

If you want a sprx menu get exodus v1 but it gets very laggy but I would recommend trying to use rtm tools they are a lot better and more stable

for RTE Menus i would go with evolution, or if u wanna pay money id go with Enstones Phantom mod menu, it is very good
