I don't think there's any gsc menus for mw3 but I would use You must login or register to view this content., best sprx in my opinion. However I bought Phantom and that just tops every menu for this game :P

Defcon Engine by Swaqq and Phantom by Enstone are like the top-notch right now.

Did you test it in a private match? Are you DEX or CEX? Try these controls (L1 + R3) (L1 +O) (DPAD UP)

I'm on DEX. and yes, i've tried all of that, i'm not sure what the problem is... i had a sprx on just before...
