I am on Dex but due to my Ethernet adapters not being installed and because my computer wont let me install any drivers I can't use TMAPI, so I've just been running CCAPI!
If anyone knows any good Cex tools with mod menus could you please give me a hand?

Just buy Phantom doubt you'll find an rtm tool that will allow you to inject an rtm menu and not be laggy af

I use MW3 RTM Tool made by Mx444. Works perfectly fine, and I can also use a menu/sprx with it at the same time with no issues.

Do you have a link to his tool?
Also what menu do you use?

I'm on my phone so I can't get you it, you'd have to wait. For menu wise, since i'm Elite. I use NGU's Non-Host Sprx, "Defcon Engine".
