I've done so many recoveries for that game with a regular eboot. Modded max prestige with unlock and stats with no ban. That's odd, never heard of it. Maybe it was the tool you used?

Modern Warfare 3 doesn't have an antiban due to the very light anti cheat system.. There is no need for an anti-ban eboot or any sort of anti-ban. I've been playing mw3 for years while modding and haven't been banned.

You will not get banned. That game is old. They don't pay attention and monitor it.
