You would need to replace the 2.60.dll with the 2.70.dll since you upgraded to a new CFW, but it may depend on the tool, because if it doesn't have any .dll, then there's no use of replacing it! You'll have to wait for the owner of the tool to update it for 2.70! Hope it helps!
