Do you have a jailbroken PS3? You cannot mod MW3 otherwise.
As for MW2, anyone can mod that with CFG.

You have two ways you can choose from to mod the game. 1 Use a rtm tool
or 2 Use a mod menu of some sort .
If you need help with the installation of any mods pm me

1. Wrong section.
2. If you don't have a jailbroken PS3 you can't mod.. if you do have a jailbroken PS3 there are plenty of tutorials on youtube or just do a quick search here at NGU.
