Bro i didn't make you do anything. Clearly you don't follow instructions. Updating a CFW i am not new to that i been doing it for almost 5 years. If you don't know how to update CFW then you shouldn't be modding.

When you downgraded to 3.55 Did you update to 4.75.3 or 4.76.1? If you did you wouldn't be getting that code. How am i not getting that code if i am on 4.76.1 myself?

lol because you never put them into the proper folder " PS3/UPDATE/PS3UPDAT.PUP " they all have to be capital letters. Don't tell me thats what you did because you didn't. It's not gonna read for the update if not dont correctly in the folders. You no reason to format your PS3.
