Oh yes it was him with the issues. Damn and still not solved sounds like he might need a whole new console

Yeah, I think the person he bought it off of was looking for an easy buck. After he purchased the console and started having this problem, he messaged the seller and the he charged him $70 to fix it, but what he told him to do didn't even fix it.

Honestly the way things are leaning too you might need a new console. But what i dont understand is why all your other games you say you play works fine but when it comes to MW3 it gets all messed up.

I tried to get him to reinstall his CFW, but he didn't want to. Do you think that would fix whatever the issue is? It should reset any setting or whatever is messing MW3 up, I would think at least.

I have no idea he would have to try it he hasn't at all

I think I'd like to update to the newer fw but not sure how to do it. I'd like a working console for MW3 but now I trust noone to be an honest seller.

I have noticed that with the other games, the fan isn't working as hard. When I load MW3, the fan starts working very hard. Even though I'm not seeing high temps, I wonder if that is an indicator of heat or of extra power consumption by the fan.... possibilities?
