Well then don't exceed the file size.
Try compressing the gsc so you have room to ad what ever you want.

thats the thing im not its a huge fast file with extra room

Are you telling me you're having problems with a custom fast file?
Try using choco's custom ff and buckshots ff editor. If you're still having problems then just use a normal patch_mp.ff
If that doesn't work then clearly your doing something wrong.
