When you install COD4, you can either backup the game from the CD or you can get it online. Warez is not allowed to be discussed on NGU but you will find it. Just copy the game over to an External Storage Device and then just open MM File Manager, navigate to the dev_usb000 and then copy the folder, paste it into the GAMES folder in Multiman. After that, it should be in the Internal HDD. Just update the game and start. Enjoy!
