It's the logo for the Yes/No screen but I don't get any choices, just immediately exits. I've tried eboot changing, renaming, patch, re-updating, bd mirror, internal. None of these worked. Any solutions?

Ahh sorry bro i dont know any other perm fix but there a temp fix but you have to do it every time you go on the game.

Load game thru multiman, then hover over where you start the game, then head over to network settings, disable internet connection, then enable it again and as quick as you can start the game and if you done it fast enough the game should remove yes/no but its a pain in the arse to do

Or you can just unplug your internet box and go all the way to multiplayer menu then plug it back in.

That is pretty weird and im assuming you deleted the game and re up loaded it back and got the same result? Were you playing the game before
