Go find an online match ( like Team Death Match). It will get stuck saying downloading game setting (leave PS3 alone at this point). Go to your internet router and completely shut it off. Wait a few seconds and turn it back on. Once your internet is back up and running go to your PS3 and find online match. Should work.
