Just add it to the buttons_default.cfg in the patch_mp.ff

Open your cod 4 patch_mp.ff with a ff viewer and you should see two files called buttons_defualt.cfg and buttons_tactical.cfg (edit depending on what you use) then just save and transfer to your cfw
