you can download on the ps3 but the fille is pkg file and i dont know how to open it. If someone can open this PKG file and decrypt it or copy the code of the open files to win rar so we can download and take a look. If we can get in side then we can maybe decrypt and edit the patch and then reupload to the ps3 to get mods back online.

PM me if you can open the file (i think MACs can open them but my windows wont)

Right i dont think its possible to extract files from this particular type of PKG file on a computer. I think if we get a ps3 on firmware 1.60 or lower if we can the patch straight from the hardrive we can put on our pc already extracted and can decrypt and edit the file then put back on the ps3. This would take time and i would need to get money together to get a ps3 on firmware 1.60 or lower. Ill keep having a go but may take some time thanks for all your help

Why is he a prick? 'Cause he won't release a hack that he probably has an agreement not to release. And if it's released it'll just ruin the game...

not just that game it will ruin all the games if he releases how to hack a patch u can do that to any game and ppl will do it to other games soo that's cool they don't release it

Look, on a mac just use Terminal to gunzip it
